Le Bourget 2005 sets new records

Air show organizer "Paris Le Bourget" can be proud, since this year's edition has set all-time records for attendance. Starting with 30,000 on Monday, the number climbed to 75,000 visitors on Friday. These exceptional figures continued on Saturday and Sunday, and special procedures were even planned by the police to control entries if the number of visitors was to reach 130,000 in a day. According to the organizers, the record number of visitors is due to the presence of the A380 of course, as well as the Ecureuil B3 helicopter that touched down on Mount Everest, and the new Tiger combat helicopter.
